What are the opportunities and challenges to define (an) “Agile HR” in a complex, multinational financial institution? — In an interactive session, Maarten and Eric will describe how the HR organization of ING Bank in The Netherlands aims to influence the way of working in the organization. They chose for a gradual, sustainable approach in changing from a classical organization into an agile one. This transformation was inspired by the radical overhaul in way of working of ING Netherlands, where – driven from ambition to change from a classical bank into a true FinTech company – the organizational structure and way of working changed into a model that was inspired by Spotify and Zappos. This business driven change provides HR with the right context to successfully redefine the way they service employees and company.
